West Shore Residence
The owner of this West Shore residence desired a remodel of the existing residence, a detached garage with living space over, and a more functional entry. The existing structure had serious structural deficiencies that were addressed during the remodel. The existing residence had a marginal entry and suffered from a lack of curb appeal. The project remedied the entry by adding a functional and striking entry bridge linking the new garage and the existing residence.
