Architecture

We have completed new custom designs using Contemporary Mountain Design, Craftsman, Old Tahoe, Bavarian, Tudor, and Victorian themes. All of our designs take the High Sierra environment into account and are fine-tuned by over twenty-eight years of experience. We strive to educate our clients about design aspects of new construction, or about the impacts of their desired modifications to an existing residence, so they can make informed decisions with respect to design and budget considerations.

We have designed additions that integrate so well with existing structures that they are virtually indistinguishable. We have successfully completed additions to Old Tahoe cabins that capture the look and spirit of the original building. We have also taken old, nondescript residences and completely transformed them into showcase residences.
