Agency Processing

A large part of every project is obtaining the necessary agency approvals. Each individual agency has its own specific set of requirements, and each agency frequently changes their requirements. Some projects may have as many as ten separate agency approvals! The staff at Shelton & Bacon has over twenty-eight consecutive years of experience dealing with the local agencies. Several solicit our opinions in preparing their regulations. We have been hired by some of the agencies, appointed to their committees and interacted with one or more of them on nearly a daily basis.

We have had great success negotiating with the agencies on our clients’ behalf informally and in public hearings. We are proud of our reputation within the agencies and the goals we have accomplished for our clients.
